Pool + Beachfront Studio!

We will be back again solely because of how close we were to the beach and how clean it was! Positive: AMAZING location! Literally steps to the beach and everything downtown. Place was exceptionally clean, including the room and the pool areas. Negative: The walls are extremely thin, you can hear pretty much everything around you. We also didn’t like that there was no ice machine or small freezer in the room. Communal Laundry Room was filthy, could not use it.

Perfect location, quiet but not uncomfortable.Right on the beach and the communication via app was beyond expectations T Positive: Stovetop and small fridge so you can prepare food. There is also an outside grill on the other side by the pool. Super convenient and saves money. Publix is close or you can walk to restaurants downtown Lauderdale by the sea. Great area

Grotendeels prima, locatie is top Positive: Locatie en kamer was meer dan uitstekend. Het bed in de unit was echt voortreffelijk Negative: De filters van de airco waren zeer vies en zeer slecht voor de gezondheid en hebben we zelf gereinigd. Management beweert deze elke maand te vervangen maar gezien de hoeveelheid vuil en stof is dat echt niet het geval. Daarnaast zijn de units heel erg gehorig en hebben we erg veel last gehad van de bovenburen.
